Excelente atencion y y rapido servicio
I've been to this location a couple of times, and it's always the same, employees here need to be nicer to customers, with welcoming attitudes and smiling faces. I've seen the way they respond to people's questions and requests, including myself. I've visited other locations in the DFW area and the treatment was very different. I understand they might be irritated working in their cubicle all day, but making a little effort will go a long way. A more humble attitude could change the atmosphere in this location.
I took mom to renew her handicap placard. We didn’t have an appointment but the ticket numbers for the queue moved fairly quickly. We waited 20-25 minutes all things considered— that was good for lunch time. The tax office has a specific low height window with a seat to accommodate the handicap placard applicants. The customer service rep, Ms Sandra was patient and yet still efficient in getting us out in 10 minutes. Thank you!
The lady working window 13 at 1:30 on Monday, may 19, 2025 (In the event that a supervisor wants to chase down this person) is clueless. Her assessment of my options were was wrong and simply ridiculous. It included going to Colorado to register a vehicle and then returning to register in Texas. I went to a substation and got the answer to my situation. Very passive aggressive. Hard to believe she has a customer facing job. Raise the bar, Hidalgo County!
Who runs this office? The democrats? Super Terrible Service.
