What a lovely experience. Paying my taxes was not, but the staff went out of their way to be helpful. I met the entire office, shared info about the neighborhood, and was also provided additional helpful info. Thank you Evelyn and Sarita. You guys rock!!!!!!!

What’s the point of having a phone number if no one ever answers the call? This is completely unacceptable!

Would give zero stars if possible. Tax Collectors office is a joke. They set up auto pay but completely butchered it and found out months later that they never drafted my tax payment, and as a result, my property is marked for a tex sale. No one returns calls, you call the Mayor's office and they are not helpful either.
