I've been coming here for over 40 years since I was 18 years old. Bob, Joe and Dave, I've always done my taxes and everything was fine. They sold the business, and everything has been a mess since then. The people are rude, but you cannot meet them. They will not call you back and the prices they charge are absolutely ridiculous, especially when I put everything together myself and all they have to do is overlook it and enter it in the system maybe will take them an hour to do so and they're charging me 900.00 dollars needle... read more
Made mistakes on taxes. No ownership of mistakes.
I used to go to this office for nearly 20 years when Joe Rittaco and Dave were runing the show. Engly Lim, the current CPA made such a mess of my tax return for 2023, and never sent me estimates for 2024. I paid thousdans of dollars of penalties and interest for our business and personal returns. I'm still paying IRS penalties and interest for her shoddy work and missing my tax estimates for 2024. Avoid this offie like the plague!
This used to be a great place to do taxes. I have been going to for 12 years and recommended it to everyone that asked! Under new ownership it has changed, simply unpleasant customer service, no communication, no haste and always some excuse about why they are late. Seems like they aren't interested in my business. So dissapointed I took my documents elsewhere mid season! I hope they get better!
We had Dave do our taxes for over 35 years and he was fantastic. Unfortunately, he retired. We turned our taxes into them in February and we still haven't got them back. We have called at least 5 times and have been told no one is in the office, but someone would call us back. No one EVER calls us back!!! Each time we have been told by the receptionist that our taxes were not done. We need completed taxes for our medicare and have explained this during each call.
