Had an issue with an out of state vehicle title. Shelby Baggett was most helpful in sorting it out to help me find a solution. Very patient and professional!
Samantha Mills was so nice and awesome! Helped us with filling out our papers and was very patient and kept a smile on her face! I even made a comment about the homemade cookies on her desk and she offered me one. It was delicious. Nobody likes going to the tax office but she definitely made for a much better experience.
I moved back to Texas after 20 years because I missed the kindness of my fellow Texans. However, Angela Stakes, a representative of this office has made me consider selling the new home I just purchased here in Guadalupe County and moving back out of state. I have been trying to register my vehicles, but both times I have gone to this office I have unfortunately been paired with this woman and been treated so poorly.
