Office is great. The problem is it's 50/50 if you walk away with what you want done. One employee will insist you need A, B and C. The next will say C is optional, the next will say that neither of the others are correct. There's no consistency Its ashame as the vast majority of staff are very pleasant. The office is big enough. However the area where you wait in line is badly laid out. There are 2 drive thru lanes. However only one employee for both. This employee is also generally IME the newest. Tax office is ok. They don't answer calls. What is the purpose of providing a number. I'm sure calls will definitely be answered on next election.
Been going here off and on for almost 15 years. I have never received anything but excellent service. This last time, I had a problem with my new car tags and they went out of their way to assist me. Way above and beyond. Can't tell you how much we appreciate them.
When I first went in I was helped by an employee who was very helpful and who gave me a form, with highlighted fields to fill out. I went and filled them out and when I came back I got a woman with the personality of a rock named Samantha Mills. I have nothing against trainee employees but it seems like they would go out of their way to be helpful and nice. If it were me, I would.
