My experience was below average. I was originally told I was going to be helped on a critical issue my family and I had but after numerous emails including one which included legal documentation, I never heard back from the office. Not even a return email explaining what the delay was. Very unresponsive unfortunately.

I used to do my own taxes using Turbo Tax and thought life was great till I started getting notices from the IRS that I owed several thousand dollars in back taxes. After going back and forth with the IRS and not really getting anywhere I had to reach out to a tax professional. Made a few phone calls and ended up meeting with Wasi who went over everything in great detail with me and then talked to the IRS on my behalf. The accountants here are very knowledgeable and take the time to understand the entire tax situation before coming up with a tax solution. I have found them to be very prompt in responding back to my emails and phone calls which is very important to me.
