My experience was below average. I was originally told I was going to be helped on a critical issue my family and I had but after numerous emails including one which included legal documentation, I never heard back from the office. Not even a return email explaining what the delay was. Very unresponsive unfortunately.
I used to do my own taxes using Turbo Tax and thought life was great till I started getting notices from the IRS that I owed several thousand dollars in back taxes.
