Total fraud. Jennifer was hired on recommendation from a friend and paid in full to file back taxes for my business in 2022. We are approaching 2025 and it took nearly 2 years for me to get my first update after attempting to call and email both her and her assistant, Rosa numerous times. The update was that she hadn’t even started on my taxes. Absolutely unacceptable behavior.
I am bummed that I have to leave this review, especially when I like to support small business owners and their business. I started using Tax America Xpress sometime in 2021, at the recommendation of a friend. Early on I was able to get service and attention. From 2022 onward, it was extremely difficult to reach them and get questions answered, filings done on time, or replies to calls and emails.
