Unprofessional and unresponsive! Do not go here unless you want to be ignored. I had my taxes done 3 consecutive years with Robert, and now I need a copy of my prior year taxes. As a paying client, I have been ignored numerous numerous times via text and phone, it’s excuse after excuse of why he hasn’t been able to get me my copy, do any follow through and pretty much ignores any of my calls and messages.
