My wife and I had a complex financial situation arise, for which we had no idea of our tax liability. It was causing us a fair bit of anxiety. I don’t understand how they could legitimately have these reviews. Starting in January, their phones forward to an overseas call center. On 3/14 their portal said we should expect to hear from them in 7 days. We called/sent messages and didn’t hear back until after taxes were due 40 days later. I doubt anyone looking for an accountant would find this acceptable. We went with a solo accountant that got everything done and had multiple conversations with us within 2 weeks. TurboTax would even be better.
I met with David to discuss tax planning relating to a transition from a W2 to a K1 employee. He was super helpful, knowledgeable and answered all of my questions! Super easy to set up a meeting with him on their client portal.
