Extremely bad customer service, had to wait over a month just for her to tell me she needed more documents. Very unprofessional and caused me to owe the IRS money because of her and the staffs unprofessional service. DO NOT GO TO HER, you would be better off at H&R Block and thats as low as it can go. -5 Stars if I could
