Purchased a home from them listed with a gas fireplace that it turns out never existed in the first place. The listing included a picture of what turned out to be an electric fireplace that the sellers took with them as they moved out. As a result, the realtor intentionally falsely included the garage in total living space even though it isn't heated. Do not trust these people! Buyers beware!
