Dr kudwa is great, his receptionist, Christa, is rude and Condescending, after our first initial appointment all the information was given, and they lost it. Now she has to fix her mistake and She has called me three times with an attitude, it’s ruined the want for me to bring my child there. Staff should be empathetic, not rude. It’s not my fault you lost the information.
Was a long time patient. Dr. Kudwa is great, but the receptionist Victoria is a miserable and unprofessional person who should fired. I don't expect to be treated special just have a civil interaction.
Front desk girl should be fired for how she treated a disabled family member of mine. I will be letting people know not to ever go through you guys until something is done about this.
Dr. Kudwa truly cares for his patients, knows what he's doing and treats you like an old friend. His staff is super awesome too!
