Contacted Tawa about some dying trees on our property last year. They sent out their Certified Arborist last summer to take leaf samples and develop a treatment plan. We paid to have the leaf samples sent in and never received results. Tried reaching out to Tawa several months ago, they said I need to contact the Arborist directly. Tried reaching him for several months, he does not return my calls. Tried reaching out to Tawa again, now they do not return my calls. Customer service is non-existent. Kinda just showed up without notice to anyone and trimmed our trees without much say. Tossed our Halloween decor to the side. Whatever, do as you please.
Had our 50 plus year old maple tree trimmed today and they did a fantastic job! Attention to detail, professional and very efficient! Highly recommend Tawa Tree
