Great service and advice.
Cheaper brand chainsaw (barely used) was leaking oil (Flybuys purchase). Took in to them in Feb when they said they'd ring in a week or so to say if it was worth repairing. They didn't ring. Waited several weeks, went in to shop 'We've had staff problems'. Several more weeks, still nothing so went in again, still not even looked at the chainsaw. Finally told them mid April that I wanted the chainsaw returned - response 'we'll do it tomorrow'. Collected chainsaw, only to find it still leaked. Partial refund after complaining ... read more

Bruce and Ray 👍 A diamond in the rough as far as mower services go. Nothing but excellent PR from the get go! Treat people how you like to be is what l have felt from these guys... and if something is out of their control and *You* dont like what you hear?... why get angry at them?... why did you go there in the first place?... for information from their knowledge tree... because "You" didn't know how to deal with..."your" problem... (to all those sad review posters!)... so even if l recieved bad news in fixing or pricing?.... read more
