holy guacamole (or should i say guanciale)! ashley and chef zach crafted the perfect dining experience. the rigatoni was yumtastical! the beverages? scrumtralescent. the service? breathtaking.
We chose this restaurant based on its high ratings, but unfortunately, it didn’t live up to expectations. The pasta texture was consistently quite chewy across the dishes we ordered, which made us wonder if something was off with the dough. The spaghetti pomodoro with meatballs didn’t have much flavor and wasn’t very enjoyable. Nice atmosphere and friendly staff. Good dishes: beats, pappardelle. Pasta texture and feel are just perfect. Can be better: chicken for the Cesar salad was like cardboard; staff replaced it with the way chicken should be. But why did the kitchen served it in the first place when it was obvious problematic?
