My water heater kicked the bucket one day after work and Marcus was available to diagnose the issue that same evening with no charge. He offered to replace and install a new water heater the next day for a reasonable price (based on what I could compare it to at the time). I contracted with Marcus do a complete home plumbing renovation for a rental property. He did a complete replacement of the main sewer and septic line, all water lines, pipes, and drains, installed all fixtures including water heater, expansion tank,sinks, shower pan, valves, dishwasher, toilet, washing machine, and out side main water shut off valves. Hands down one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with a plumber.
