First appointment today. Had Mark and his assistant (sorry, can’t remember her name :-/) but both were lovely :) Really positive experience, really gentle, explained everything, did X-rays and sat and went through my teeth so I actually understood what we are looking for. Made a refreshing change to feeling I was rushed in and out the door as I did in my old dentist and I didn’t understand/know what was what with my teeth,. They make me wonder why people are scared of dentistry, as even when having fillings replaced I have to resist falling asleep in the chair they are so gentle.
First appointment today. New to the area, no one would add me to there dentist as full capacity. This dentist is the best dentist I have ever came across, they are reassuring and caring, professional and squeezed me an appointment on the same day and made me a plan in action so I can get back on track. They care about there patients and just couldn’t thank them enough. Literally saved my teeth. Thank you so much, I am so grateful, you have made my day!:)
