Never answer the phones. The most incompetent group of people when they do. An absolute embarrassment to medicine.
I have been a patient at the Tavistock Doctors office for 39 years going to be 40 years shortly. They have went through many doctors in the past due to retirement. It has always been a friendly and inviting place. Our newborn is now a patient there as well and they have been nothing but excellent and professional. Rescheduling appointments is no problem and getting in has never been a issue. The care has been top notch. Worst doctors I’ve ever had. My first call to book an appointment the desk girl told me if I can’t come to the office within the next hour and half they won’t be able to see me ever. I said- You mean like ever again and she said I quote “yes”. That was just the first red flag. They are extremely poor at communication. Never got a call about specialist appointments or anything. Failed to receive prescriptions from pharmacies and St Mary’s hospital. Just extremely unprofessional. Doctors are supposed to help their patients no?... read more
