Will never be using State Farm again! Moved from Idaho to Washington and they raised my rates a whole $100. I was paying $70 a month, the moment I move states, my rates were raised to $181. I called to cancel my insurance and they never disabled auto pay, so a couple days later I was charged $181. I've tried many times to get my refund for it but they kept telling me I was only getting $89 back. Why? I don't know, they wouldn't tell me. I've been with State Farm and Tavis for many years. The office person we deal with is Nikki and she always has the most positive and kind, no rush attitude of any professional person I've worked with. I over heard 2 men leaving her office state how Nikki is consistently friendly and always ready to help with any questions they have. I totally agree and hope she is always there to make all of us feel valued as customers and as people!
