Avoid this restaurant … waste of money… if you like seasoned food.. After looking at the reviews and food pictures here I thought to give this restaurant a try. The food is actually tasteless, I ordered calamari as a starter which was chewy and lacks flavour for my main I went for seafood risotto which wasn't great honestly the chief has no passion for cooking at all. This is one of our favourite resterants around. Due to its size it almost feels like your are being invited into their house. The food is amazing the service is great the price is very fair. Just a wonderful warm inviting place. Everything we have ever eaten here has amazing flavours and richness, you can almost taste the Italian love in the food. Thanks eveyone at Tavernetta we appreciate you.

Went for our 2 year anniversary dinner and had a lovely time. The service is exceptional, you can tell the staff are very attentive and make sure everyone is happy and comfortable. The food was good, tasteful and filling. My husband loved his calzone. I had the calamari and seafood risotto and it was nice, I enjoyed it. The calamari was a bit chewy but I loved the sauce/dressing that came on the plate. Overall, it's a cozy place to have a nice dinner for a special occasion or just an evening out.
