We are regulars at Taverna and live locally. We generally really like the food there, as well as the atmosphere and company. Tonight was an exception. We got the butternut squash ravioli as an appetizer, and that was amazing with the fried sage and pistachios. Five stars for that. The drinks were also amazing. Delicious! That sums it up well. Fun and cozy atmosphere. Lovely back patio area. Lovely and friendly staff. I will return!
Better than you would expect in a small town
The Tagliatelle Bolognese was not good, it had a very strange taste to it. The cheese pizza was ok. The chicken Parmesan was good though! The written menu on Google maps is also not up to date so don't base what you want off of that. Overall not a great experience unfortunately, but the staff was all Very Nice!
Food was okay but not fantastic. Very noisy, the building was not built for acoustics.
