The one star is for customer service! They threatened to strike off my 10 year old child if he did not attend his appointment when unwell. He had missed an appointment the previous year but this was due to a fault with their email reminder system. They sent me a reminder to come to my appointment at a certain time but his appointment was 10 mins before the time they sent to me and he missed his appointment but I still had mine.
