This place sucks and had our car towed when we had a reciept showing we were there..they wouldnt let us pick our car up...oh and by the way..congrats..your bartender didnt ask us for our identification and she served a underage lady...congrats..see you in court

After watching the news story about your predatory towing practices for your parking lot I am not coming back. Some patrons who had dinner at your restaurant then walked across the street to have a nightcap STILL had their cars towed. Costing them $300. Not great customer appreciation. No desire to give any establishment my money that practices this.
Watch the news people of Charlotte. Go here and your car will be towed. I talked to a friend who was towed and believes the owner gets a kick back. Just sayin. I won’t ever go there. Read previous reviews
You're towing your own customers' cars you idiots. After you towed my car I went to go get it, but the credit card machine at the towing place wasn't working. Based on other reviews written here it sounds like it never works or they may not even have one. So everyone you're towing is giving the towing place $300+ in straight cash and it's all under the table. You guys are running a scam. How much of a kickback are you getting from the towing company to send your customers' cars there? Why in the world would anyone ever go to... read more
Was there for dinner with a friend-- we NEVER left Tavern on the Tracks...didn't go next door, didn't walk down the road. We sat at our table and had dinner the entire time. And, they STILL towed my car. Used to be a big fan, will never be back. It's one thing if it's an honest mistake, it's another when dozens of patrons experience the same thing.
I love this place i live in buffalo ny born and raised here. When I go 2 the tavern I feel at home. Great food and drinks. Everyone there is super nice����
