What happens in parking is shady. There are 3 parking enforces who are there at night watching everyone and if by mistake someone park there they see you and instead of warn you or tell you to move, they patiently wait for you to leave to put a Boor or Chain to your car. I left for an hour and twenty minutes it turns out they come and threaten me and force me to pay $ 150 Cash right away. No $ 30, no 40 but $ 150 is a TOTAL ROBBERY.
