I ordered To Go at 11:30 on a weekday, 2 kids meals for my little cousin who I had a pre-school lunch date with at 12:30. I was prompted the order would be ready by 12:10. I go inside at 12pm and am told it is not ready yet. I proceeded to watch 4 doordashers come inside and leave with their orders before mine, and 3 placed to go orders online just like myself go before mine.
