This Company is Mickey Mouse! Catherine is useless. I was put on hold for 45 min and was told I have to wait another week for service??? The tech said he would be back today to install and never showed up. No wonder speed queen uses low end repair company for warranty work! Waste of time
Made an appointment for Monday from 8-4 through home depot then I called the company and they said it is not possible. The company said home depot doesn’t make or see their schedules and that they wouldn’t be able to help me.
Office staff nice and responsive. Tech pleasant and courteous. But initial diagnosis was a lid latch. I payed for repair. They did the repair and the unit still did not work Then the tech said it was the main board. I did not repair and requested a refund I was refunded the repair, but was charged fee for the tech to come out and misdiagnosis the problem I wasted 2 weeks and also had to take time off work. If I was told right away that it was the board. Then I can accept the tech fee.
This review is for Gaby our washer technician.Had one company come out could not figure what was wrong I have American Home Shield Gaby came out figured it out. Gaby has amazing customer service and very through. Thank you again for your amazing work
Absolutely horrible customer service. They came out to repair my dishwasher and didn't reinstall the door correctly. When called to fix it, they said the ticket was closed and I would need to pay their service fee to come back to fix their error. Was hung up on by the 'customer service' associate. If insurance ever assigns this company request a different company. Would give 0 stars if possible.
