If I could I would do “no stars”. They came to my house, looked at my fridge which had not been serviced correctly by another company and even told me the other company had not done a good job and had worsen the issue. Then turned their back and told American Home Shield it was my fault and they took away my coverage. Then told me they will not change the report and left me with the bill. Never call them or allow your insurance company to call them. They will make them take your coverage. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER
These people are rude and so unprofessional, I made a claim they came and did not render the service and refused to pay back the money that I paid for them to come. They just hung up on me.
Nightmare experience. Do not use this company. Was referred by American Home Shield and the service is a complete nightmare.
This Company is Mickey Mouse! Catherine is useless. I was put on hold for 45 min and was told I have to wait another week for service??? The tech said he would be back today to install and never showed up. No wonder speed queen uses low end repair company for warranty work! Waste of time
Made an appointment for Monday from 8-4 through home depot then I called the company and they said it is not possible. The company said home depot doesn’t make or see their schedules and that they wouldn’t be able to help me.
