I appreciate the one on one conversation I had with Dominic regarding my lawn services. To respond to the doorbell and see him, smiling, and asking about the owing for this week was truly remarkable. I was able to discuss with him what length I wanted the front and back mowed and once a patch in the back was done, he requested I come and inspect to see if it fit my liking and preference. Perfect! The direct interaction, customer focus and sincerity was most appreciated.
