At first was super impressed. Mike was very kind and helpful. Easy to talk to and made it seem like repairs would go on without issue... but now I'm still waiting on my car. He originally guessed it would be a week and a half or two weeks, and after a week and a half passed I called and they hadn't even started. A few more days passed, called again and he said it would be another week.
