I have the misfortune of being forced to rely on this company that my home owners association has contracted with for illegally parked cars. In most cases, nobody answers the phone. When someone did answer once, he claimed to have taken down my information and said someone would be out soon. An hour later, I called back and it sounded like I woke him from a nap.
