Fully agree with other 1* review. Purchased car. Went back with issues. Owner was very irate and claimed the car was fine until he saw the problem himself then backed down a little. Incredibly rude and hostile if there's a problem. Was fine when making the purchase of course. If I was spoken to like that now he'd have got a mouthful back. Avoid.

I highly recommend Taurus. I bought a car in April this year. No pressure whilst viewing it and allowed a test drive by myself. The car turned out to have a fault which has proved difficult to fix, however they could not have known about it and never once questioned whether it was covered by the warranty. First class customer service, non-pushy sales and thoroughly pleasant to deal with. When we need our next car I will certainly return.
I phoned this morning to say my car door rubber seals had come adrift and was asked to bring the car in. As I said I'm selling it in the near future, they saved me the cost of new ones by glueing the old ones back into place properly. Not only that, let us just say the charge was negligible. Full marks chaps, for being so customer FOCUSED, lol! Brilliant treatment
