Ok I had to revise my review from one star, as should everyone if things change. So I had an issue with several of my firearms and up until today nobody really addressed the issues or seemed to concerned. I spoke with a rep named Melanie who proved one person can make the difference just by listening and doing their job well. So ..... Hands down, categorically, undeniably the worst customer service & unfortunate experience I've ever had to deal with in my life. I was a proud owner of a PT-145 Millenium Pro which is part of the class action lawsuit. First and foremost, I live in Florida approx 30-40 minutes form the original location in Miami, called customer service a couple of years ago to request a new take down pin because the original pin was made of cast metal not a solid metal pin, i was told i had to buy a new pin that wasn't covered under lifetime... read more

I will not buy another Taurus firearm again. They are very difficult to deal with when it comes to repair. I just need a pair of rear sight, the women I spoke to said If I send the gun to GA it's free, but if I don't want to send the weapon, I have to pay, and the rear sights are on back order. I will not buy another Taurus weapon again. yes for some defective sights. I will buy some sights and leave Taurus alone.
