Lovely receptionist but awful doctor!! Never in my life have I ever felt so disgusted and angry with a doctor. I was pregnant, started bleeding and had a few cramps and the “ doctor “ ( DR CHAN ) thought it was expectable to be sarcastic and make a joke about a serious situation. A very pleasant helpful experience, thankyou very much.
My husband and I attended this morning for our spring ‘25 Covid jabs. We were warmly greeted at reception by a helpful/competent member of staff and dealt with by a friendly and efficient medic (nurse? - Judi Fry) and the whole experience was relaxed. We were not sure where to park, so planted ourselves in the Aldi car park, but there appeared to be a car park for this service behind the tyres & MOT centre. (Not sure which street would get you there!) Overall a pleasant experience - thank you so much.
Many staff feel unsupported by their manager. Stress is chronic and not dealt with well. Cold and clinical to work for. 👎🏼
i meant to have a phone appointment today they rang me i answered the phone then 1 second they decided to hang up on me for no reason at all but they kept ringing me and i answered again then hanged up on me again what a waste of time these people are
