I've been a member at Taurus for a few years and it started out as a really positive community, but sadly the culture has changed a lot. Professionalism has noticeably declined, and there's a growing sense of toxicity and cliquishness that makes the environment uncomfortable. I’ve been training at Team Taurus for 9 months, and I definitely encourage anyone to join! The coaching is outstanding—always guiding you through the exercises, offering different progressions, and motivating you every single day. The program isn’t easy; it pushes you to your limits to help you become the best version of yourself, improving not only your body but also your mental health. Had an amazing first experience with Team Taurus. Will definitely come again when i’m back at Palmy!
