AVOID. Absolutely hopeless. Rude staff. Horrendous wait times. Finally called in 40 minutes after appointment time. Be quicker to drive to Rotorua/get seen/drive back to Taupo. You've been warned - its 3rd world levels bad.
Receptionist lady's are very unprofessional.As I sat their with my grandson waiting to be seen i noticed how the lady's would giggle and gossip as patients walked away from reception. 1 lady noticed me watching them an lent down lower to lady next to her still going...I find that behaviour very unprofessional and bloody rude as no one's privacy is safe and confidential at this medical centre.So sad to see medical staff acting in this manner.
Dr Mynette Minyard was an absolute lifesaver! I am traveling from Australia for work and ran out of medication - Dr Mynette Minyard and her assistant were incredibly helpful and helped me with a new script, called the specific pharmacy that had my medication in stock and helped me with booking an uber to the right pharmacy! I’ve literally never had a better experience with a doctor! Thank you so much. Daniel
