I am deeply disappointed with the level of service I received from Lena. She was short and dismissive, and when I pointed this out, she became argumentative. As a customer with multiple policies, this is very disheartening. In short, the information I needed wasn't immediately visible on her screen, so she directed me to the 800 number, which routed me back to my local agent. Taunya is one of the most helpful, and kind people I have encountered! She is always quick to answer any questions, and will go above and beyond to help a costumer! She is beyond professional, and very knowledgeable in her work! Taunya and her office have become like family to me, and I would recommend her services to any and everyone!
