Terrible service – avoid this surgery if you can. I don’t usually leave reviews, but after yet another bad experience here, I feel it’s only fair to warn others. I went in today to book a blood test after being told by a doctor from this same surgery that I could go to Victoria Park any day up until 6:30pm. That turned out to be completely wrong. Was texted today to invite me for a birthday health review, my birthday was in May, it’s now September! Struggled to get an appointment as I work and seems like I’m expected to take time off to get booked in. Eventually booked for October when I mentioned will my medication be reviewed? Was told I need a GP appointment for that. Asked to book a separate appointment with a GP, not anyone specifically, was told I can’t book an appointment at all with any doctor as they are in the middle of changing the booking system. They used to be amazing listin to promblem and try solve the issuse now seem like they dont care and your push piller to post no matter how much paing or ill you feel. Also you get mixed conversations from reception for example one said it fine to book my step son in for appointments and another one said nope cause I dont have consent. There have been constant mix message it a shame to see a really good practise to go down hill, just hope they sort all the trouble with there systems and become a brillant surgery again.
