No problems with the staff or care but the booking procedure seems to make it difficult for patients and staff
Usually a great GP when you actually are speaking with the Nurses/Doctors however the booking system is horrendous. The staff on the front counter speak to you like you’re trash (with only kindness from ourselves) It is really not what you need when you’re unable to walk properly and theyre telling you that your doctors note from Aviva healthcare is fake🤦🏼♀️ The online booking system is terrible too, cant get through to anyone on the phone, cant book in person as they just refer you to A&E, the online system says its brok... read more
I have had a brilliant experience at this practice. Doctor was very caring and kind and the follow up care was amazing. The NHS is under such a lot of pressure and people don’t always understand this. I have absolute faith in this practice.
At times I have been far from impressed with this practice, but of late they are good to me. The nurses, prescription line and reception have been fantastic. The few Doctors I have encountered most have been so helpful and kind. Now and then things go wobbly......but that is life itself......no guarantees....no dead certs! I feel they all try to do their best.....nobody could ask or expect for more. I'm extremely grateful for all their help.
