Very glad to be doing physio here for my IA W. Its working, I can feel my muscles loosening slowly. The kinisiologist used wax and tens or electrodes, (I forget what you call them), warm towels, massage and stretching, etc. The exercises sent home help a lot and are explained well with supervision in location and in video. I brought my son to ask about something he is going through because of my experience so far, and we are now looking forward to getting him healed up as well.
