I was very disappointed with this funeral home. They were unorganized, unattentive and not personable. This was my familys first experience with planing the Funeral process and they did not guide us through this process. not only did they not guide us and tell us what to expect and what the process was but at the last minute brought up additional cost such as limo service to the church and said the agreed upon hours were shorter then when we original talked.
