It was a year or so ago but I attempted to set an appointment here through their website and just never got a response at all. I already have a dentist I go to but this place is conveniently closer. Near walking-distance. So it's a shame. You could argue I could call afterwards or even go in if I were truly desperate for dental care, but why would you if you were ignored? Whether on purpose or not. To me the lack of response is a red flag.

TERRIBLE receptionist but wonderful dentist. Can't get appt to have my teeth cleaned in a timely manner. Going elsewhere. O rating!!! business
Any time I call for tooth pain or an urgent need they can never get me in within a timely manner. I called today asking for something today or next week and without even looking the receptionist said “nope don’t have anything”. My previous dentist got me in within 24/48 hours if I was in pain. Taube Dental seems to only want to get me in for cleanings and nothing more, the dentist and dental assistants are normally super friendly, it’s truly the receptionist that’s the hassle. I will not be returning.
