I was in a total panic when not only did my shower water not drain but water started coming out from under the tub and then the toilet when I flushed. Stacy sent Greg and Alex within an hour for which I will be forever grateful. Diuretics and one non-functioning bathroom is a very scary prospect! Greg and Alex had both been here before for different jobs at different times and did GREAT work but they went above and beyond to calm me while they were very thorough in fixing the problem. Absolutely the most dishonest, unprofessional contractor I have ever had work performed by. They charged me $408 for an igniter change on my furnace when I was not in town to do it myself. I have changed these at my other properties and it takes about 15 minutes. A universal part costs about $30. When I called to negotiate the bill they said they would do nothing. Don't use them for anything and warn others. This kind of business practice should be criminal.

Beware!! I have never been as disappointed or frustrated in working with a plumber. First Taub doesn't show up for days, while the office woman keeps saying 'he's in a meeting' - what plumbers are 'in meetings' all day? They promise to come out, and don't, they promise to call, and don't. Unreliable, untrustworthy, time wasting - beware!
