Joke of an OD, tried to get me to force sign a waiver that allows them to charge for services my insurance wouldn't cover refused and told them I'm only here for a standard exam covered by both health and vision insurance 100% covered. Come to find on my credit report and invoice that they charged me $90 for the exam extra ontop and because insurance wouldn't cover their extra charge for service they didn't provide they filed it against me credit when I refused to pay.
