Tatyana, I would like to thank you for your patience and time for guiding me through the entire hearing test and recommendation of my hearing aid. Dr. Kennedy is always efficient in improving my hearing. When one brand didn't work quite right, she had me try a different one. Her efforts have continually improved my hearing experience. She has patience in working with me to get the adjustments right.
