Each time I go here they give me a new provider to see, which tells me something completely different from the last. They refused to refill my birth control, yet refilled one other of my meds that they warned causes miscarriage/ birth defects. Dr. Borisak told me I cannot get pregnant while on that med and went over the risks, so I don’t understand why they would refuse to refill my birth control. Whenever you try to call the office you are put on hold for 20 mins and if you try to hang up and call back again you are put on hold and can never get through. This is the most annoying office to call to either make or cancel an appointment. At least you can try to make an appointment online but you cannot cancel one. It's so annoying they keep you on hold and do not have the courtesy to take message and call you back for few mins and just keep saying they have patients in front
