If Tatum is involved in helping you with your bridal dress shopping, I would give zero stars. Her other staff are kind, courteous, helpful and professional. Tatum was rude, extremely unprofessional and used profanity. Because Tatum was involved, it was the worst service experience we’ve ever had. She should leave her other staff to help with customers as Tatum should never directly be involved with the public or customers. She has zero manners and extremely abrupt and unfriendly

Tatums is a hidden gem! The interior may not be as flashy as the city stores, but I felt at home here while I found my perfect dress! I had a great experience and they remembered my family from when we had come in for my sister's dress in the past. They have a great selection at reasonable price points and I felt much more comfortable making my own decisions without pressure as compared to other shops I had visited. I have nothing but amazing things to say about Tatum and her shop! We showed up without an appointment and she let us know that she had appointments however we could come back at 2pm. When we showed up at 2 she gave me amazing options that fit within my price range!! I ended up finding a dress that I love so much and she accommodated the pieces that I wanted changed so that it would work with me and what I wanted for the dress!! So so happy we came here!
