We had a lovely morning at Tatum’s. My sister found her elegant wedding dress with Tatum’s expertise and cheerfulness. Lots of laughs while we were here and we even spent some time downstairs afterwards browsing the clothing and shoe sales. Thank you!
AMAZING experience. The staff are wonderful and so helpful. They went above and beyond arranging the fitting and alterations on such a short time frame. They were thoughtful and attentive and I can’t stress enough how great this experience was. They helped me find my dream dress and I’m so thankful to them. You will not regret going to Tatum’s :)
I can’t say enough good things about this place! My close family friend was looking for a wedding dress that felt simple, stylish, and comfortable—and this store delivered on every level. If Tatum is involved in helping you with your bridal dress shopping, I would give zero stars. Her other staff are kind, courteous, helpful and professional. Tatum was rude, extremely unprofessional and used profanity. Because Tatum was involved, it was the worst service experience we’ve ever had. She should leave her other staff to help with customers as Tatum should never directly be involved with the public or customers. She has zero manners and extremely abrupt and unfriendly
