Have met Mr Tatum while acting as a driver for one his associates, he took 30,000 from me, and later denied that he did it, when confronted with documentation he refused and got very upset with me calling him, and asking why he lied about the interaction . Unfortunately, didn't have a choice of an attorney as he was provided through TVC. Absolutely indifferent to the case. Showed no knowledge or any will to help. Needless to say, we lost what he called a "simple seat belt" ticket. Easy money for him, hit on my company's safety score and driver's CDL.
