Patient, kind, and caring. Was running late to the appointment and they still fit me in. Didn't rush and took the time to listen and care for my pets.
I was less than impressed. While the staff did acknowledged our dog, the care was rather perfunctory. I was ESPECIALLY upset that the vet said to get the prescriptions there because the human pharmacies charge way much more than they did. I got the medications and the total was $75. I went on line and the total if I had gone to Walmart was only a total of $26.80! that is almost a $50 difference. Also, before I even saw the vet, they wanted to sell a monthly wellness program. I will not go back to them.
We love our vet, Dr Walker. Dr. Christianson is great too! Debra at the front desk goes above and beyond. The entire support staff is wonderful. It's a clean facility and wait times are very reasonable.I would certainly recommend Banfield Hospital Tatum point.
Wait time was a little long when they did not seem very busy. But overall friendly service.
