My tractor has been in for service for 2 months, nothing is done, I'm going to pick it up tomorrow like it or not. Civil issue

Awesome experience with ordering parts from this business. The guy behind the counter on 4/22/2026 was really friendly and helpful in answering all my questions. S&H Farm Equipment and Supply in Joplin could take a lesson from this guy in customer service. The friendliness alone makes me want to go back and continue to do business with them.
These guys have taken care of me several times, and worked with me to solve the problem everytime.
Excellent service. Would highly recommend these guys. I couldn't get the blades off of my Cub Cadet to replace them, They were just rusted on too hard. I brought the whole cutting deck down here. They got them off and replaced them easily. While I was there, they noticed one of the pulleys was loose and tightened that down also. Only charged me for the blades and I was on my way back home in about 15 minutes. Very reasonable price also. Would have paid the same price at the store - If I could have got the old ones off!
