Andrew is a man of his word! I was stood up from the first person I called. I called him on a Thursday he was at my house Friday and had my AC fixed with in a hour. I definitely will be calling him first from now on!!
Coldest day in months and our furnace quit. These guys actually answer the phone, no voicemail or answering service. Arrived same day, found the problem, had the part and had our furnace running in about 30 minutes. These guys are local, have the parts you need and the knowledge to get er done. They literally bring the heat !!
We just bought a house 1 1/2 hour from people we knew that did hvac. We got worried when the ac at our new house wasn't working, especially with kids. I called couple different companies and Mr. Andrew Tatum was the most friendly and professional. I know our unit is at least 22 years old. He came out and diagnosed the problem and didn't over charge or try to sell us a new unit. Looking forward to continued business with Tatum Mechanical
