I have a rental property in San Luis Obispo that needed some ashpalt replacement and repair. Bill, from Tatum Asphalt came out to look over the job and provide me with an estimate. There was a portion of the driveway that needed a total replacement, but Bill honestly told me the remainder of the driveway wasn't bad enough to warrant a total replacement and that a new coat of sealer would be sufficient. My wife and I manage a storage facility and we needed our parking lots and entry into the facility repaired and coated. We hired Tatum Asphalt to do the job. The price was good, the crew was friendly, and the job was completed on time and turned out better than we expected. We certainly recommend them.
We had our asphalt sealed and their crew did a wonderful job. They were on time, worked efficiently, and left the jobsite clean when they left. I highly recommend this company!
