Turned away from changing piercing and treated with poor customer service. Refused to even look at my piercing and assumed I wouldn’t be interested in buying a new one. Wouldn’t recommend
Was planning to get tattoos with my siblings today. Hours online and on door says walk ins welcome , open 12-8/ 7 days a week. Neon sign was on and said open. Door was locked and calls went to voicemail, email also didn’t work. No answer when we knocked on the door. Terrible! We drove 40+ minutes.
Came in for piercings. I did a walk in appointment so understandably there was a long wait. I think the piercings went fine but I found it very inappropriate to be prompted for a tip (18% 20% 22%) BEFORE a procedure involving pain. Beyond not knowing how good the service is before receiving it, the norm of tips based on service creates a fear that service will be variable based on tips, rather than just professionalism.
Shaun/Sean got me right with the best tattoo ever
2/10 piercing pain, 10/10 service and piercing
