I came in for a consultation and they tried to force me to sign a voluntary arbitration agreement. I didn’t sign it because why would I voluntarily sign my legal rights away? What if they injure me? I turned in my paperwork and the lady at the front desk told me I had to sign it. I told her it was a voluntary agreement and she told me again that I needed to sign it so that any legal issues could be settled outside court. Cindi is the absolute sweetest. I love getting my treatments with her because i feel she genuinely cares about my progress. I enjoy our conversations which makes the treatments more enjoyable. Lily is also very nice and helpful. My tattoo has gotten lighter but it has taken more treatments than i expected- it still has quite a ways to go.
I been to other locations where they give you quick sessions and make you keep coming back just to keep making money. I previously went to a different business and after 3 sessions my tattoo was not even fading. I found Tattoo Removal through my cousin. Lily and Cindy were so informative and I was very pleased with my first session my tattoo instantly faded. I still need a few more sessions of course but I’m satisfied compared to other places I been to.
Definitely recommend coming here. The two ladies infront are great they make you feel comfortable. They were able to see me right away and it was an affordable deal. Great hospitality and got straight down to business and for a decent price I will be referring friends here. Honestly probably best laser place I been to and it's a low key spot.
